Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy: 

 

  • All orders are shipped within 2-3 weeks after purchasing by Express (DHL, FedEx) 2-4 days delivery worldwide. 
  • All orders are shipped with tracked insurance. 
  • Rush orders (1-2 weeks delivery) can be placed at a surcharge of 70 USD.
  • Orders will only be shipped to the shipping address provided in your account. Please make sure your address is correct.
  • Phone number is required for the shipping company to contact you once your delivery is on its way and schedule the delivery.
Customs duties:
  • Customers please note: import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  • If an order is sent back to us by our postal carrier due to absency or a incorrect provided address, we can re-ship it in exchange for re-shipping fee.

Return:

  • As all our Neon signs are handmade to order, all sales are Final ones placed on our website.
  • In the unlikely event that you receive your item broken or faulty, please contact us within 10 working days at hello@neon-cartel.com, make sure to include pictures of the box and the neon light, and we will ship you a hassle-free replacement.
Warranty: 
  • We offer a 12month warranty on all pieces. So in the unlikely event your neon light stops working within this period, just let us know and we'll replace it free of charge.
